1. Introduction
These Terms govern the use of the Genieverse Travel CRM (“CRM”). By accessing or using the CRM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the CRM.

The CRM is provided to help travel agents, partners, and internal teams manage leads, bookings, communication, and related operational data.

Do not attempt to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or misuse any part of the system.

Do not upload harmful or unauthorized content.
4. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of the data you upload. Genieverse Travel retains ownership of the CRM platform, features, and all underlying technology.
5. System Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted access but do not guarantee uptime. Maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues may cause downtime.
6. Restrictions
You may not:

Use the CRM to spam or perform fraudulent activity.

Share your login with unauthorized users.

Interfere with system performance or security.
7. Modifications
We may update features, terms, or policies at any time. Continued use of the CRM indicates acceptance of updated terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if misuse, breach, or non-payment occurs. You may request account closure anytime.
9. Liability
The CRM is provided “as is.” We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from system use.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE (or update to your chosen jurisdiction).
